乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的临床价值.方法：选择女性Ⅰ、Ⅱ期非特异性导管癌46 例,实验组22 例保留肋间臂神经,对照组24 例常规手术切除该神经,术后随访观察,在两组之间进行比较.结果：2 组在上肢感觉障碍方面有显著性意义（χ^2=37,P〈0.01）结论：保留肋间臂神经能明显减少乳腺癌患者术后上肢感觉障碍的发生,具有临床应用价值.Objective： To study the value of preserving intercostobrschial nerve in the operation of breast cancer modified. Methods： Stage Ⅰ、Ⅱbreast cancer womenpatients were divided into experimental group（n=22） and control group（n=24） respectively. The intercostobrachial nerve was preserved in the experimental group and resected it incontrol group.Both were followed up after operations.Results： Compared with the control group, the postoperation morbility of arm sensory disturbance was significantly differentfrom the control group. Conclusion： Modified radical mastectomy with preservation of the intercostobrachial nerves can aviod the occurrence of abnormal sensory and impairmentin skins of upper and axillary.
