胆石利通片对胆结石模型兔胆汁中SIgA含量及结石形成的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨胆石利通片对胆结石模型兔胆汁中SIgA 的影响.方法：30 只家兔随机分为正常组、模型组及治疗组.除正常组外均采用高胆固醇饲料进行喂养共8 周,复制胆结石模型,治疗组同时予胆石利通片灌胃给药,6.345mg/kg.d,观察家兔胆囊结石形成、血液生化、胆汁中SIgA 的变化.结果：治疗组明显降低结石形成比率,改善肝功能,显著降低血清TC 水平,增加胆汁中SIgA 水平.结论：胆石利通片能够显著抑制模型兔的胆结石形成.Objective To investigate the effect of Danshilitong on bile SIgA in rabbit cholelithiasis. Methods： Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into three groups： modelgroup ： the rabbits were fed with high cholesterol diet for 8 weeks; Treatment group： the rabbits were fed with high cholesterol diet, Danshilitong equivalent to 6.345mg/kg per daywas given intragastrically for 8 weeks; Normal control group ： normal chow. Gallstone formation in rabbits, serum ALT、TB、TC 、TG and bile SIgA were observed. Results： Thegallstone formation rate in treatment group were less than those in model group. Liver function of treatment group were improved significantly compared with the model group. Serumlevel of TC was decreased significantly compared with the model group. The levels of SIgA in bile of treatment group were higer than those of model group . Conclusion：Danshilitong has good therapeutic effect on rabbit gallstone model.
