乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的意义.方法：选择女性乳腺导管癌106 例,实验组52 例保留肋间臂神经,对照组54 例常规手术切除该神经,术后随访观察,在两组之间进行比较.结果：2 组间淋巴结清扫数量的差异无统计学意义（t=8.824,P〉0.05）,而在上肢感觉障碍方面有显著性意义（χ2=18.23,P〈0.01）结论：保留肋间臂神经能明显减少乳腺癌患者术后上肢感觉障碍的发生,从而改善患者生活质量,并且不影响淋巴结数目的清扫,具有临床应用价值.Objective To study the importance of preserving intercostobrschial nerve in the operation of breast cancer modified. Methods： Breast cancer women patients weredivided into experimental group（n=52） and control group（n=54） respectively. The intercostobrachial nerve was preserved in the experimental group and resected it in control group.Bothwere followed up after operations.Results： Compared with the control group, number of lymph node dissection in research group had no statistical differences. The postoperationmorbility of arm sensory disturbance was significantly different from the control group. Conclusion： Modified radical mastectomy with preservation of the intercostobrachial nervescan aviod the occurrence of abnormal sensory and impairment in skins of upper and axillary.It can improve the postoprative quality of life.
