军队高干病房护士压力分析与对策

摘　　要：压力也称紧张或应激,是某种事物对人的心理或心理造成的一系列紧张反应状态.大量研究表明,护理工作是充满压力的工作,护士所承受的压力已经成为一种职业行业危险.我院作为部队的大型综合医院,是中央的保健基地,高干病房担负的主要任务和工作是为军队军以上首长和地方省部级领导及国家重要外宾的保健.保障对象特殊性及其任务繁重,要求护理工作极致化、细致化,护士长期处于高压状态工作,心理健康也受到了影响导致身心疲惫,从而影响护理质量.pressure also called tension or stress, is something to the person＇s psychological or mental state caused a series of nervous reaction [1]. A large number of studies haveshown that nursing is a stressful job, the pressure has become a professional nurse industry risk [2]. Large-scale integrated as a unit in our hospital, it is in the center of the health carebase, gao gan ward and the main task of the work above is for the army army chief important foreign guests and the local and provincial leaders and national health care. Safeguardobject particularity and onerous, demanding perfection, careful nursing, nurses working in high pressure condition for a long time, mental health were also affected lead to exhaustion ofbody and mind, so as to affect the quality of care.
