军队综合医院病房与监护室护士心理应激状况分析

摘　　要：目的通过问卷调查了解军队综合医院病房护士与监护室护士心理应激状况探讨其相关因素.方法：应用心理应激自评问卷,对病房护士和监护室护士进行心理应激状况调查寻找主要影响因素.结果：与监护室护士比较,病房护士心理应激所得总分较高（P〈0.05）;惊吓反应强烈（P〈0.05）;警觉性更强（p〈0.05）;与监护室本科学历护士比较,病房本科学历护士警觉性更强（P〈0.05）;与监护室专科学历护士比较,病房专科学历护士警觉性更强（P〈0.05）;与监护室专科学历护士比较,其本科学历护士心理应激所得分数较高（P〈0.05）;警觉性更强（P〈0.05）.A 组（普通病房）比B 组（监护室）在心理应激、惊吓反应、警觉性方面比较,有统计学意义,A 组本科生护士与专科护士在警觉性方面比B 组护士高,B 组本科学历在心理应激与警觉性方面得分比专科学历高,结论：护士的心理应激状况与工作环境和受教育程度有关.objectiveto through the questionnaire survey to understand the army general hospital ward nurses and care nurses psychological stress conditions to explore therelated factors. Methods：psychological stress self-report questionnaire was applied, the ward nurses and care nurses psychological stress condition investigation for main influencingfactors. Results：compared with care nurse, ward nurses psychological stress the total score is higher （P 〈 0.05）; Startle response strongly （P 〈 0.05）; Alertness more （p 〈 0.05）;Compared with standard bachelor degree nurse, bachelor degree in ward nurses alertness more （P 〈 0.05）; Compared with care nurse specialist qualifications, ward nurse specialistqualifications alertness more （P 〈 0.05）; Compared with care nurse specialist qualifications, the bachelor degree nurse psychological stress obtained higher scores （P 〈 0.05）; Alertnessmore （P 〈 0.05）. In group A than group B （care） （general wards） in the aspect of psychological stress, startle reactions, alertness, there is statistical significance, A group ofundergraduate nurses with specialist nurses is higher than group B nurses in alertness, B group of bachelor＇s degree in the aspect of psychological stress and alertness score higher thanspecialist qualifications, conclusion nurses＇ psychological stress condition related to the work environment and level of education.
