城镇职工医疗保险金参与体育健身消费可行性——以安徽省为例

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,以我国城镇职工医疗保险政策改革为分析视角,在明确城镇职工对医疗保险金与体育健身消费认知现状的基础上,从城镇职工的体育健康投资愿望、体育健身消费需求、对医疗保险金参与体育健身消费态度、医保卡往年结余金额等主观条件方面,以及城镇公共体育场馆建设、城镇经营性体育健身场所消费模式、城镇居民的生活水平、城镇自身的功能特点等客观条件方面探讨了城镇职工医疗保险金参与体育健身消费的可行性。研究旨在为深化城镇职工医疗保险政策改革,促进全民健身事业的发展提供参考。By using the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,expert interviews and other research methods,with the reform of medical insurance policy for urban workers in China from the angle of urban workers in Anhui Province,in the clear on medical insurance for basic cognition of sports consumption of the urban workers,from the sports health investment desire,consumer demand,the sports fitness to the medical insurance gold for sports consumption attitude,subjective conditions in Medicare card balance and other aspects,as well as public sports venue construction,urban business sport fitness center consumption patterns,the living standards of urban residents,urban characteristics such as the objective conditions of urban workers and staff medical insurance for the feasibility of sports fitness consumption. The study aimed to deepen the urban workers and staff medical insurance policy reform,provides value to promote the further development of China＇s national fitness causes.
