肺癌恶性胸腔积液行奈达铂联合高聚生灌注治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究奈达铂联合高聚生灌注治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的效果。方法资料随机选取2013年3月至2014年3月本院收治的87例肺癌恶性胸腔积液患者,随机分为研究组44例,对照组43例。结果研究组的治疗有效率为90.91%,高于对照组69.77%;治疗后研究组Karnofsky评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论奈达铂联合高聚生灌注治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的疗效显著。Objective To explore the nida＇s trunk with high perfusion for the treatment of malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer. Methods Randomly selected data from March 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital treated 87 cases of lung cancer patients with malignant pleural effusion, 44 cases were randomly divided into research group and control group in 43 cases. Results The treatment group effective rate was 90.91%, higher than the control group 69.77%; the team Kamofsky score higher than the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）; no difference between the incidence of adverse reactions to the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Nida＇s trunk with high perfusion significant curative effect for the treatment of malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer.
