120例口腔种植中分别采用可吸收胶原蛋白线与丝线编织非吸收线的效果比较  

120 Cases of Effects of Absorbable Collagen Suture and Non-absorbable Silk Suture Applied in Implantation

摘　　要：目的比较分别采用可吸收胶原蛋白线与丝线编织非吸收线在口腔种植中的应用效果。方法选择2013年5月至2014年2月期间笔者收治的牙列缺损患者共120例,按随机数字表法分为可吸收线组和非吸收线组,每组60例。可吸收线组患者种植术后采用可吸收胶原蛋白线,非吸收线组患者种植术后采用丝线编织非吸收线。结果可吸收线组中的甲级愈合率为95.00%,非吸收线组的甲级愈合率为86.67%,可吸收线组高于非吸收线组(χ2=5.186,P<0.05)。拆线后7 d,可吸收线组中7个过早吸收的位点出现较为明显的对合处凹陷,余均获得良好恢复;非吸收线组中22例患者的针眼存在较为明显的凹陷未恢复平整。两组患者均未出现明显不良反应,未查见明显肝肾功能改变。结论在条件许可的情况下采用可吸收胶原蛋白线可获得更好的愈合效果,虽然目前尚不能完全取代非吸收线,但意义在于可为种植手术缝线的选择提供更多的方向。Objective To compare the effects of absorbable collagen suture and non-absorbable silk suture applied in implantation. Methods 120 cases of patients with dentition defect treated by author from May 2013 to February 2014 were selected and divided into absorbable group and non-absorbable group by random number table. And absorbable collagen suture was applied in absorbable group, while non-absorbable silk suture applied in non-absorbable group. Results The A class healing rate in absorbable group was 95.00%, while 86.67% in non-absorbable group, and the rate in absorbable group was higher than that in non-absorbable group （x^2=5.186, P〈0.05）. 7 days after suture removed, there was obvious sunken at 7 places where absorbable suture absorbed prematurely and all the others were recovered well. 22 cases showed obvious sunken at sty in non-absorbable group. There was no adverse reaction and change of function of liver and kidney in both groups. Conclusion It could get better healing effectiveness to apply absorbable collagen suture under condition. Though it could not take place of non-absorbable silk suture, more choices of suture were showed in implantation.
