摘　　要：目的:研究分析昼夜血压节律对急性心肌梗死合并高血压患者再发心脑血管事件的影响及血管超声特征。方法:选择2013年2月-2014年2月本院接受治疗的300例急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者,按照高血压指南的诊断标准分为高血压组145例与非高血压组155例,对两组患者的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)以及脉压(PP)分别进行检测,随访半年,观察并记录患者再发心脑血管事件情况。结果:高血压组24 h SBP、24 h DBP、24 h PP均明显高于非高血压组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访半年,高血压组再发心脑血管事件的几率明显高于非高血压组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:昼夜血压节律对再发心脑血管事件的预测价值较高,以利于临床预防、治疗。Objective：To study the the influence of vascular ultrasound features of circadian rhythm of blood pressure in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicating hypertension recurrence of cardiovascular events. Method：300 patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）were selected in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014,and according to the diagnostic criteria of hypertension guide,they were divided into 145 cases of the hypertension group and the non hypertension group of 155 cases,patients with SBP,DBP and PP were tested respectively of the two groups,followed-up six months,and recurrence of cardiovascular events in patients with records was observed. Result：24 h DBP,24 h PP in the hypertension group were significantly higher than that of the non hypertension group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Followed-up for six months,recurrence risk of cardiovascular events in the hypertension group was obviously higher than that of the non hypertension group,the differences with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The circadian rhythm of blood pressure value for the forecast of recurrence of cardiovascular events is higher,for the clinical prevention and treatment.
