姜茯组合物的抗癌止呕作用

摘　　要：目的:研究茯苓与生姜组合物的抗癌止呕作用。方法:通过顺铂、硫酸铜所致水貂呕吐模型观察茯苓与生姜组合物的止呕作用;观察茯苓与生姜组合物对小鼠S180肉瘤、小鼠肝癌H22、小鼠艾氏腹水瘤的抑制作用。结果:茯苓与生姜组合物对顺铂、硫酸铜所致水貂的呕吐反应均有对抗作用,对小鼠S180肉瘤、小鼠肝癌H22、小鼠艾氏腹水瘤有明显抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论:茯苓与生姜组合物可抗癌止呕,是天然、低毒的药物。Objective：To study the antitumor and antiemitic effects of Poria cocos wolf and Zingiber composition. Method：Used the cisplatin,copper sulfate and apomorphine-induced mink vomiting models,the antiemetic effects of the composition was detected. The depression effects of the composition on S180 sarcoma,hepatoma H22,Ehrlich ascites tumor of mice were also detected.Result：The composition could reduce vomiting of the three models,it could also depress the tumor development（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Poria cocos wolf and Zingiber composition can depress the tumor development and reduce vomiting,it’s the natural and low toxic drug.
