摘　　要：供应链是由多个企业组成的复杂系统,文章对供应链复杂性的因素来源、特征表现、度量方法和管理决策的研究现状做了介绍和总结,并提出一些仍需研究的问题。Supply chain is a complex system constructed by many enterprises. The paper makes a comprehensive introduc- tion summary of the manifestation and influencing factors, ts and administrative decisions of supply chain complexity, meanwhile put forward some problems needed to be studied further.
