摘　　要：高校教育工作者应注重对当代大学生创新能力的培养,提高其综合能力。教师需要尊重学生的思维方式和新想法、新创意,主动地去引导,鼓励学生的创新思维。本文探讨如何合理利用第二课堂,提高学生自主创新的积极性,为学生提供学习、交流、创新的机会和平台,同时拓展学生视野,激发大学生内在潜能,提高学生综合素质,满足现代社会对创新型人才的需求。In contemporary China, innovation ability is important and necessary. Educators should pay more attention to the training of innovation ability of undergraduates in order to improve their comprehensive ability. Teachers should show respects for students＇ new creative way and ideas and also encourage them actively. The second classroom of drug design should be used rationally in order to improve students＇ enthusiasm of learning and innovation ability, provide opportunities for students to learn, communicate and innovate. At last, the horizons of students would be expanded and interests in learning would be stimulated. So the comprehensive quality of undergraduates should be improved in order to meet the need of the society.
