摘  要:人力资源系统建设是高校整体信息化建设的基础之一.People Soft人力资源系统是"纯互联网架构"(PIA)和企业门户网站技术的应用程序与业务流程的集成套件.通过将高校的现有模式与People Soft人力资源系统的模式合理地结合在一起,实现各校区、各学院的人力资源管理的电子化、标准化和规范化;实现线上处理人力资源管理部门的日常行政性事务工作,提高工作效率和服务,为决策层、管理层和操作层提供高效而准确的数据信息.The construction of human resources system is one of the basic university information constructions. PeopleSoft human resources system is "pure internet architecture" (PIA). And it is the integrated suite of the applications and business processes by the enterprise portal technology. We reasonably combine the University's existing mode and PeopleSoft human resources system model. The system can achieve the management, standardization and normalization of campuses human resources between each campus and each college. And that can deal with the human resource management department daily administrative work by the way of on-line. Therefore, the system improves the work efficiency and service for the administrative staff. Also the system can supply the efficient and accurate data information for the staff, who works in the decision-making, management and operation of layer.
