摘　　要：围绕加强高校纪检监察工作职能本位回归的问题,运用实证分析等方法,探讨了高校纪检监察工作的现状和存在的问题,通过回归职能本位、明确监督重点、转变监督方式和加强队伍建设,把推动"转职能、转方式、转作风"作为落实高校纪检监察工作职能本位回归的有力保障,这也是推进高校纪检监察工作创新的接榫路径。So far as the resumption of discipline inspection and supervision in universities is concerned, this paper, by adopting an empirical approach, discusses current situations and problems. It is vital to resume disciplinary inspection and supervision work in universities to its original functions, to clarify supervision focuses, to transform supervision modes, and to strengthen in- spection team construction. A vigorous guarantee in resuming discipline inspection and supervision in universities to its original functions lies in ＂transformations of functions, working modes and styles＂, which is a sure innovation path to implement disci- pline inspection and supervision in universities.
