外伤性颈内动脉前壁动脉瘤的诊治

摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性颈内动脉前壁动脉瘤的诊断和治疗。方法复习本院收治的外伤性颈内动脉前壁动脉瘤的临床资料,并结合文献复习。结果外伤性颈内动脉前壁动脉瘤能够及早诊断,分别行介入治疗和手术治疗,术后恢复良好。结论外伤性颈内动脉前壁动脉瘤及早诊断,可考虑行动脉瘤夹闭术或介入栓塞。Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic aneurysm of anterior wall of internal carotid artery. Methods The clinical data of traumatic aneurysm of anterior wall of internal carotid artery and the literature were reviewed. Results Traumatic aneurysm of anterior wall of internal carotid artery could be diagnosed timely and received the interventional therapy and operation therapy respectively,and the postoperative recovery was good. Conclusions Traumatic aneurysm of anterior wall of internal carotid artery should be diagnosed timely and can be considered for aneurysm clipping or interventional embolization.
