摘 要:目的比较智能超乳模式对硬核白内障行超声乳化手术时,不同负压设置的手术效果及对角膜产生的影响。方法回顾性分析智能超声乳化吸出+IOL植入术的硬核白内障60例(60只眼)的临床资料。其中400mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)负压设置下30例,600mmHg负压设置下30例。记录术中及术后并发症。比较术中超声乳化时间,累积释放能量,术后1d、1个月、3个月矫正远视力,角膜内皮细胞计数及丢失率。结果两组在术后1d、1个月、3个月的矫正远视力均无差异;600mmHg组的术中超声乳化时间及累积释放能量均小于400mmHg组;600mmHg组在术后1d、1个月、3个月的角膜内皮细胞丢失率均小于400mmHg组。结论应用智能超乳模式对硬核白内障行超声乳化手术时,高负压设置对角膜内皮损伤小,是更安全、有效的。Objective To compare the operation efficacy of different negative pressure values and the advance influence to cornea during intelligent phacoemulsification for hard nuclear cataract.' Methods The data of 60 eyes of 60 patients with hard nucleus cataract who accepted this mode phacoemulsification and intraocular lens (IOL) implantation were retrospectively analysed. There were 30 cases in group of 400 mm-Hg negative pressure setting, others in group of 600 mmHg negative pressure setting. The intraoperative and postoperative complications were recorded. The phacoemulsifieation time, cumulative release energy, corneal endothelial cell count and best corrected visual acuity were compared between two groups at 1 d, 1 month, 3 months after operation. Results The best corrected visual acuity between two groups at 1 d, 1 month and 3 months after operation had no statistical difference. The phaeoemulsification time and the cumulative re- lease energy of group 600 mmHg were less than that of group 400 mmHg statistically; in group 600mmHg, corneal endothelial cell loss rate were less than that in group 400 mmHg statistically. Conclusion The application of intelligent phacoemulsification model with high negative pressure for bard nuclear cataract is safe and effective.
