单纯白内障手术治疗间歇期闭角型青光眼的观察

摘　　要：目的观察单纯白内障手术或青光眼联合白内障手术治疗间歇期闭角型青光眼的效果。方法回顾性研究2010年9月至2011年8月间入住我院的临床间歇期闭角型青光眼35例（40眼），随机分成两组，分别行单纯白内障手术或青光眼联合白内障手术，进行临床效果观察。结果术后两组眼压均下降，组间差异无统计学意义，视力均明显提高。结论单纯白内障手术与青光眼联合白内障手术治疗间歇期闭角型青光眼同样有效。Objective To investigate the efficacy of cataract phacoemulsification surgery alone versus cataract phacoemulsification combined with trabeculeetomy for intermittent angle-closure glaucoma. Methods Forty eye of 35 patients with glaucoma and cataract in our hospital from Oct 2010 to Aug 2011 were randomly divided into two groups： phacoemulsification alone as group A, and phaeoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy as group B. Results The visual acuity was improved in all patients and the intraocular pressure of patients in both groups were all decreased. There was no statistically significant difference in postoperative visual acuity and intraocular pressure between two groups. Conclusion Phacoemulsification alone and phacoemulsification combined with trabeculeetomy may be equally effective on treating intermittent angle-closure glaucoma.
