资源依赖理论在组织管理研究中的应用现状评估——基于111种经济管理类学术期刊的文献计量分析

摘　　要：通过对国家自然科学基金委员会管理科学部认定的重要期刊和CSSCI（2012~2013）来源期刊经济管理类共111种期刊上发表的有关资源依赖理论的研究成果进行搜索,选择了71篇与资源依赖理论相关的研究论文作为样本,使用文献计量分析法,从论文的研究类型、研究方法、研究内容等方面总结了资源依赖理论在国内组织管理的应用状况和热点问题。对资源依赖理论在国内组织管理中应用的发展方向提出了一些建议。This paper selects 71 papers as the samples trom 111 journals indexed by CSSC1 and the 30 key journals accredited by the department of management sciences of National Natural Science Foundation in field of Management and Economics. All the 71 papers employed the Resource Dependence Theory in organization management research in Chinese context. By bibliometrics analysis, the research type, research methods, and research content were summarized to evaluate the current research level and identify the hot issues relating to Resource Dependence Theory in Organization Management. Finally, the future development of the research using Resource Dependence Theory in or- ganization management field is discussed.
