从元语言观看商务语篇的特色短语及语篇建构——以公司年报之主席报告书为例

摘  要:汉语商务语篇中特有的长名词性短语做定语现象和呼号式缩略语的表达方式可运用Tarski的语义真值论中的对象语言与元语言概念进行解释。以公司年报的主席报告书为例,商务语篇中元语言对对象语言的作用功能包括:评价功能、表情功能、解释功能、描述功能等,元语言对对象语言作用力的表达式为yn=fn(x)。可从元语言观出发,建立一个以对象语言与元语言为支撑的上升的多层级的商务语篇建构框架。The linguistic features of long noun phrase as attributive and coined abbreviation as slogan in Chinese business discourse can be explained by the concepts of metalanguage and object language in Tarski′s semantic truth theory. Based on the analysis of Chairman′s statement in financial reports, this paper proposes four linguistic functions by which metalanguage works on object language in business discourseevaluative function, expressive function, explanatory function and descriptive function. The formula yn=fn( x) is produced to manifest the relationship between metalanguage and object language in terms of linguistic function. An upward multi-layer model composed of metalanguage and object language is formed as the framework of business discourse analysis.
