摘　　要：以BIM为技术支撑,将生产领域的看板管理引入到建筑施工领域中,并结合建筑工程领域的特点,对看板进行分级设置,确定各级看板的内容和变更频率。然后,通过对BIM和各级看板管理的交互性分析,以及各级看板之间的关联分析,确定了各级看板的展现形式和要求,最终形成了具有建筑业特色、层次分明、功能完善、形式多样的建筑施工看板模式。Taking BIM as technical support, this paper introduced Kanban manaconstruction, set suitable grade for Kanban and determined the content andKanban in every level. Then it determined the showing form and requirementsand the interaction between BIM and Kanban at all levels as well as the correllevels of Kanban so as to create a construction Kanban mode with constructionlevels, comprehensive functions, and various forms.
