摘　　要：文件横向运动理论研究宜在对"文件横向运动"完整准确理解的基础上进行。文章认为,文件横向运动是内在的,文件横向运动不是指文件物理运动,文件横向运动同样是由文件价值所决定的,文件横向运动的拥有与文件横向运动的表现之差异,文件横向运动完全不同于档案利用活动,文件横向运动不是指文件中所含知识的一维运动等。Records lateral motion theory must be based on the lateral motion of complete and accurate understanding. This article points out that lateral motion is inside the records, records lateral motion is not physical motion, records lateral motion is also determined by the value of file, the file lateral motion of possession with the lateral motion of performance is different, file lateral movement is completely different from the file using activity, records lateral motion is not file contained in the knowledge of one dimensional motion, etc.
