高校辅导员职业发展环境的内涵和研究意义

摘　　要：高校辅导员职业发展环境可以从政治、经济、社会、生态、文化五个维度来考察。基于现有研究基础薄弱和工作现实需要,加强高校辅导员职业发展环境研究对弥补现有研究的缺失、提供辅导员队伍建设决策依据、落实"立德树人"目标等方面具有重要的现实意义和理论意义。Career development environment of college counselors can be examined in five dimensions ： politic, economic, social, ecology and culture. Our existing research base is weak and can＇t fulfill the needs in practical work. Based on that status quo,it is important for us to strengthen career development environment research of college counselors, and it also has practical and theoretical significance in compensating for the lack of existing research, providing decision basis in building counselors team, implementing the ＂high moral values establishment and people cultivation＂ target and so on.
