越裔美国人的民族主义与南海局势

摘　　要：越裔美国人对所在国美国、母国越南都具有一定的影响力,近年来更是在民族主义的作用下,对越美两国关系,尤其是日益突出的南海问题发挥着独特的作用,为南海争端增添了复杂因素。本文对越裔美国人民族主义在南海问题中的兴起、影响及原因进行分析,认为越裔美国人的民族主义对南海局势的影响具有局限性,但我国政府需要防范越裔美国人中的反华势力与越南国内反华势力合流,激化南海局势,影响我国和平发展的战略环境。Vietnamese American have certain influence on both America and Vietnam. In recent years effected by nationalism, this community has actively played a spectacular role in the relations between America and Vietnam, especially in the increasingly prominent South China Sea dispute, adding complexity factor to it. In this paper, after analyzing the rise, influence and causes of nationalism in the south China sea issue, I draw the conclusion that the influence of Vietnamese Americans＇ nationalism to the south China sea situation is limited, and the peaceful settlement, as well as the developing friendly relations between China and Vietnam is the mainstream.
