摘　　要：企业履行社会责任是构建和谐社会和维持企业可持续发展的需要,但目前我国部分企业却存在着诸多社会责任缺失的现象,对企业各方利益相关者造成不良后果。因此,深入分析企业社会责任缺失的现状及原因,研究强化企业履行社会责任的对策,形成企业和社会共赢的局面,就成为企业经济发展中亟待解决的一个重要问题。Enterprise performing social responsibility is needed to build a harmonious society and maintain the sustainable development of enterprise.However,the phenomena of lacking social responsibility exist in some enterprises in our country,which brings adverse consequences to stakeholder parties of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the status quo and the reasons for lack of corporate social responsibility.Strategies of strengthening corporate social responsibility should be proposed to form a winwin situation between enterprises and society.This has become an important issue in the economic development of the enterprise to be solved.
