摘　　要：在《人民文学》2014年第8期"军事文学专刊"的若干作品中,军人心理学以及以人为本的价值观的凸显,军营矛盾与反腐败问题的严峻思索,四个将军一台戏的形象互补,豪华落尽见真淳的散文小辑,均彰显着新时期军事文学创作的推进。该期中、短篇小说创作的主力,以中、青年作家居多。他们的人生阅历和军营经验,都紧贴着当下的社会和军营,笔下多以描绘部队的现实生活见长。该期的散文作者都是军旅文学的重镇,却又心甘情愿地为中、青年作者的小说专辑充当配角,这是一种风范,也是一种自信。Many articles in the 8th issue of The People’s Literature, the “special issue on military literature”, highlight military psychology and people-first values, as well as serious thinking on contradictions and anti-corruption issues in military camps. Image complementation by creating four generals in one drama, and collections with true and right essays, are both evidence for the development of military literature creation in the new era. The issue includes mostly midterm and short novels, and the majority writers are young or middle-aged. Their life experience and experience in barracks are closely related to the present society and barracks, therefore their stories are good in the respect of the description of army life. The essay writers in this issue, all are prestigious and influential, willingly act as a supporting role for young and middle-aged authors, which stands as a kind of style, as well as a kind of confidence.
