摘　　要：本文回顾性分析1例成人免疫增殖性小肠病(immune-proliferative small intestinal disease,IPSID)所致不完全性肠梗阻的诊治过程,并结合文献复习,讨论该少见疾病的诊断、治疗及预后。We retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis process of one case of Immune-Proliferative Small Intestinal Disease（ IPSID） causing an adult incomplete intestinal obstruction. After literature review we further explored the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the rare disease.
