Axin2在肾母细胞瘤中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的分析Axin2在正常肾组织和肾母细胞瘤组织中的表达，探讨Axin2在肾母细胞瘤发病机制中的作用。方法采用免疫组化sP法检测20例肾母细胞瘤组织、10例正常。肾组织中Axin2蛋白的表达情况，对相关数据进行统计学分析。结果Axin2在正常肾组织和。肾母细胞瘤组织中均有阳性表达。在肾母细胞瘤组织中：2—12岁患者瘤组织中Axin2阳性表达率为62．5％（5／8），13～51岁患者瘤组织中Axin2阳性表达率为100％（12／12），二者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；Ⅰ-Ⅱ期13例，Axin2阳性表达率为100％（13／13），Ⅲ-Ⅳ期7例，Axin2阳性表达率为57．1％（4／7），二者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0，05）。结论Axin2在正常肾组织和肾母细胞瘤组织中均有明显表达，其表达与患者的年龄、TNM分期、恶性程度有关，与性别无关。Axin2可能与肾母细胞瘤的发生发展有一定的关系。Objective To investigate the expression of axis formation inhibition 2 （Axin2） in the normal renal and nephroblastoma tissues and discuss the potential role that Axin2 could take in the pathogenesis of nephroblastoma. Methods The expression of Axin2 in 20 nephroblastoma tissues and 10 normal renal tissues were statistically analyzed using S -P immunohistoehemical staining. Results The expression of Axin2 could be detected in both normal renal and nephroblastoma tissues. The positive expression rate of Axin2 was 62.5% （5/8） in patients aged 2 - 12 years and 100% （12/12） in those aged 13 -51 years, which was statistically different （P 〈0.05 ）. The positive expression rate of Axin2 was 100% （ 13/13 ） in 13 patients at Ⅰ - Ⅱ stages and 57, 1% （4/7） in 7 patients at Ⅲ - IV stages, which was statistically different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of Axin2 can be clearly detected in both normal renal and nephroblastoma tissues, which is associated with factors such as age, TNM stages, and the degree of malignance rather than gender. Axin2 may be related with the pathogenesis of nephroblastoma to some extent.
