摘 要:以提出具有独创性的角度计算方法为前提,运用16 bit处理器MC9S12G128设计了一种基于MLX90316霍尔芯片的非接触式方向盘转角传感器系统,通过在Matlab中建立模型进行仿真,获得了准确的方向盘转角输出曲线,验证了算法的可行性;在软硬件设计基础上,制作出了试验样机,并进行了±1 080°内具体角度的测量。实验结果表明:测量误差小于2.5°,所设计的转角传感器具有精度高、测量范围广和适用性强等特点,为角位移传感器的开发提供了重要参考。To achieve accurate measurement of multi-circle is a key technology for steering angle sensor.An angle calcula-tion method of originality was proposed.Then an absolute angular measurement non-contact sensor based on MLX90316 chip was designed.By conducting a simulation model in the MATLAB, one precise steering angle output curve was presented, which verified the feasibility of the algorithm.Based on the software and hardware design, a prototype was fabricated and tested within ±1080°.The result proofed that the measuring error was less than 2.5 °;and its reliability was good, which provided an impor-tant reference for the development of angular displacement sensors.
