手术室护士亚健康状态原因分析及对策

摘　　要：目的:分析手术室护士亚健康状况的分布及影响因素,为手术室护理人员保健提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查的方式对手术室192名护士进行调查,回收有效问卷180份,对亚健康影响因素进行分析。结果:手术室护理人员亚健康的出现率较高,以易疲乏、记忆力减退、注意力不集中、易怒、常感体力不支、易感冒等为主要症状。工作年限长、年龄大、职称高的护士,亚健康检出人数多。密闭的特殊环境、夜班轮班、工作压力大、缺乏锻炼是造成手术室护理人员亚健康的主要因素。结论:医院应注重护理人员的行为心理管理,协助护理人员正确认识和舒缓压力、定期休假、参加锻炼、合理饮食、劳逸结合以促进身心健康保证医疗质量。Objective： To provide evidence for health care of nurses in the operating room by analyzing the influencing factors and the distribution of the nurses in sub-healthy state in the operating room. Methods： All 192 nurses were investigated by questionnaires, the influencing factors of sub-healthy were analyzed after 180 pieces of valid questionnaires were collected. Results： Sub-healthy incidence of the nurses in the operating room was higher, their manifestations were： fatigue, memory loss, impaired concentrations, irritability, exhausted, easily catch a cold and others.The older nurses with longer working life and higher positional titles were with higher detection rate in sub-healthy state.Main factors of the nurse in sub-healthy state in the operating room were night shift, too much pressure and lack of exercise. Conclusion： We should emphasize behavior and psychology management of the nurse, help them recognize the pressure and relax, let them take vacations regularly, join the exercise, eat right, keep the balance between the work and leisure to promote physical and mental health of the nurses, consequently ensure medical quality.
