摘　　要：目的:通过探讨胃底贲门癌漏诊原因,来提高胃底贲门癌的诊断率。方法:搜集我院经胃镜及手术病理证实的11例胃底贲门癌患者资料进行总结分析。结果:本组11例患者均属于早期,且在胃肠造影X线检查中均未见明显异常,后经胃镜及手术病理证实。结论:注重分析掌握胃底贲门癌胃肠造影X线检查的原理及方法,注意步骤细节,密切结合临床,从而提高诊断率,减少漏诊率。Objective： By discussing reason for misdiagnosis and gastric cardla cancer, to improve the diagnosis of gastric cardia cancer. Methods： Collect our confirmed by gastroscope and pathology after surgery and 1 l patients with gastric cardia cancer data summary analysis. Results： All belong to this group of 11 patients at the early stage, and in a series of gastro-intestinal tests X-ray are not seen obvious abnormity, after confirmed by gastroscope and pathology after surgery. Conclusion： Focus on analyzing mastery of gastric cardia cancer gastro-intestinal tests the principle and method of X-ray, pay attention to the steps in detail, combined with clinical, so as to improve the diagnostic rate, reduce missed diagnosis.
