摘　　要：随着慢性病自我管理的广泛开展,精神分裂症患者的自我管理亦得到初步发展。本文在自我管理及其相似概念的基础上提出精神分裂症患者自我管理的概念,并明确精神分裂症患者自我管理中的潜在目标对象、管理相关工作者、自我管理的内容、管理时间、频率及周期、自我管理评价工具以及研究方法的新进展等问题,结合我国当前社会背景,分析了精神分裂症患者自我管理中存在的问题,并对未来发展提出了展望,以推动我国精神分裂症自我管理的规范化发展。With the extensive development of chronic disease self- management,schizophrenia self- management is developing preliminarily. This paper puts forward a concept of schizophrenia self- management based on analysis of the new research progress in self- management and other resemble concepts and conforms its potential target,management- related workers,the contents of self- management,its time,frequency and period,assessment tools and research methods. And it analyzes,combined with current social context in China,the existing problems in the research of schizophrenia patients＇ self- management,proposes its development prospect to promote the standardized development of schizophrenia self- management in China.
