摘  要:背景国内尚缺乏评估精神分裂症恢复期患者疾病知晓度的相关问卷。目的开发适用于评价精神分裂症恢复期患者疾病知识-态度-行为知晓度的问卷,为评估患者疾病知识掌握程度及自我管理能力提供可靠工具。方法在建立理论框架、参阅文献并咨询专家、开展半结构式访谈及问卷调查的基础上,编制精神分裂症恢复期患者疾病知识-态度-行为知晓度问卷。结果探索性因素分析显示,问卷由病因知晓、危险因素知晓、治疗知晓及康复知晓4个维度构成,累计方差贡献率为56.64%。验证性因素分析显示,结构方程模型拟合指数:自由度(df)=1.187,适配度指数(GFI)=0.877,调整后适配度指数(AGFI)=0.856,渐进残差均方和平方根(RMSEA)=0.030。问卷总体Cronbach'sα系数为0.794;各个维度的Cronbach'sα系数为0.656-0.810。结论本研究设计的精神分裂症患者疾病知识-态度-行为知晓度问卷具有较好的信效度。Background The awareness questionnaires assessing schizophrenia reconvalescents are short in China.Objective To compile a questionnaire on knowledge- attitude- practice Awareness for schizophrenia reconvalescents and supply a scientific and practical instrument evaluating patients' grasp of the disease knowledge and their self- management. Methods Based on theoretical framework,related studies,expert consulting and results of questionnaire investigation,this study compiled a questionnaire on knowledge- attitude- practice awareness for schizophrenia reconvalescents by structural equation model( SEM). Results Exploratory factor analysis showed that the questionnaire was composed with 4 dimensions( awareness of pathogenesis,risk factors,treatment,rehabilitation),explaining 56. 64% of the total variance. Byconfirmatory factor analysis,structural equation model were: degree of freedom( df) = 1. 187,goodness of fit index( GFI) = 0. 877,adjusted goodness of fit index( AGFI) = 0. 856,root mean square error of approximation( RMSEA) = 0. 030. Its total Cronbach's α was 0. 794,and those of its dimensions were 0. 656 - 0. 810. Conclusion The compiled questionnaire is of good reliability and validity.
