摘　　要：代谢组学是系统生物学的重要研究方法之一,作为后基因组学的一员,代谢组学主要描述机体在基因修饰或病理生理刺激下出现的代谢变化规律。目前肝功能衰竭的研究已日趋成熟,代谢组学提升了肝功能衰竭相关代谢产物的全面检测技术,为其研究提供了全新的技术平台。本文主要对代谢组学在肝功能衰竭中的应用及研究进展进行综述。Metabolomics,one of the important methods of systems biology and a member of the post- genomics era,describe the metabolic variation of the body due to the pathophysiological stimulation or that of gene modification. Currently the studies on liver failure have matured gradually. Metabolomics has enhanced the comprehensive detection technology of metabolites related to liver failure and provides a new technology platform. This paper mainly summarized the application and study progress of metabolomics on liver failure.
