摘　　要：探索医保支付方式改革问题,结合安徽省某医院的实践,分析医保支付方式的改革方向及对医院管理的影响,并分析了医疗机构的应对措施,提出实行医保集约化、精细化管理,可实现"医保患"三方共赢。Explore the medicare payment reform,combined with the practice of one hospital in Anhui Province, analyzed the direction of medicare payment reform and the impact on hospital management, and analyzed some responses of medical institutions;Propose and implement intensive and meticulous management of medicare, to achieve altogether wins of medical institutions, medicare agency and patients.
