专业学位硕士教育发展中的问题与应对

摘　　要：分析相关数据发现,专业学位硕士教育在招生总量增长的同时增长率却呈现出逐年下降的趋势,说明专业硕士教育的发展势头受到抑制。引发问题的主要原因在于高校对专业硕士的实践能力教育不够,专业硕士没有表现出实践能力强的明显优势。针对我国高校目前在实践能力教育过程中存在的问题,提出了通过细化实践能力培养目标,改进对实践性课程学习效果的评估方法,建设以提升实践能力为正向激励目标的实习机制等应对措施,化解专业硕士实践能力教育不足的问题,促进专业学位教育发展。Through data analysis, we find the growth rate of enrollment approaches a declining trend with the increase of total enrollment for professional mastercandidates since 2009. It shows there are some problems in the development of professional master education. The main reason is that the education of practical ability is not enough, so that the education of professional master hasn＇t got a clear advantage. Under the constraints of education resources, we think the problem can be worked by refining training objectives for practice, improving learning assessment methods that is suitable for practical lessons, building incentive institutions for practical ability. From that, we can guide professional master candidates to know the importance of practical ability and promote the development of professional master education.
