摘 要:本实验采用湿法消解处理样品、火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品溶液中的四种微量元素.结果:北川绿茶中Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn的含量分别为10.60μg/g、66.55μg/g、8.80μg/g、145.8μg/g,北川茉莉花茶中Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn的含量分别为11.40μg/g、64.35μg/g、9.20μg/g、149.2μg/g.两种茶叶的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于1.0%,线性范围在0.00~20.00μg·m L^-1,平均回收率在95.5%~101.0%.该方法简单、快速、准确性高用于两种茶中四种微量元素的测定,结果令人满意.In order to determine trace elements of zinc, iron, copper, manganese of green tea and jasmine tea from Beichuan County, Sichuan Province, in this study, samples were prepared by wet digestion, using flame atomic absorption spectrometry had measured four trace elements of sample solution. The results showed that Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn contents are 10.60 μg· g^-1, 66.55 μg · g^-1, 8.80 μg · g^-1, 145.8 μg· g^-1 green tea of Bei Chuan, Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn contents are of11.40 μg· g-l, 64.35μg · g^-1, 9.20 μg · g^-1, 149.2μg· g^-1 jasmine tea of Bei ehuan, the relative standard deviation (RSD) 〈 1.0% ,the linear range of was 0.00 - 20.00 μg · mL^-1 , the average recovery were 95.5% - 101.0%. The method was simple, rapid, high accurate of four trace elements measured of two different teas, the results obtained were in good agreement.
