摘　　要：目的探讨Th细胞与肺癌骨转移的相关性。方法选择2011年1月至2014年1月广州军区武汉总医院经病理证实的94例肺癌患者作为试验组,来自本院的80例健康志愿者作为正常对照组。分析对比CD25+和CD3+/CD4+细胞百分率。结果 1试验组患者血细胞检出CD25+和CD3+/CD4+细胞百分率均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),其中CD25+细胞检出百分率降低更加显著(P<0.05)。2所有肺癌患者中,化疗者的CD25+和CD3+/CD4+细胞百分率较未化疗者均有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3肺癌化疗后骨转移者在血细胞中CD25+和CD3+/CD4+细胞百分率均显著低于转移后化疗患者,其中CD25+细胞比CD3+/CD4+细胞降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论肺癌骨转移患者机体Th细胞百分率降低,机体免疫功能受到抑制,而化疗可以有效恢复Th细胞百分率,在临床上可以作为评价肺癌患者免疫功能的有效指标。Objective To investigate the correlation of Th cells with bone metastasis of lung cancer. Methods A total of 94 cases of patients who had been pathologically confirmed as lung cancer in Wuhan General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Region since 2011 were seleced as the experiment group. While another80 cases of healthy volunteers from the hospital were selected as the control group. The CD25 ＋ cell percentage and CD3＋/CD4＋ cell percentage were analyzed between the two groups. Results ①CD25 ＋ and CD3＋/CD4＋ cell percentages of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ,the CD25＋ cell percentage were more significantly lower（ P 〈 0.05 ）. ②In all the patients of lung cancer, the CD25 ＋ and CD3＋/CD4＋ cell percentages of the patients who accepted chemotherapy significantly increased than those without chemotherapy ,the differences were statistically significantl（ P 〈 0.05 ）. ③he blood CD25＋ cell and CD3＋/CD4＋ cell percentages of the patients with bone metastases after chemotherapy were significantly lower than the patients who accepted chemotherapy after bone metastases, and the CD25 ＋ cells reduced even more obviously than CD3 ＋/CD4 ＋ cells （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Th cell percentage decreases in patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer, immune functions of such patients are inhibited, while chemotherapy can effectively restore Th cell percentage. Th cell percentage can be used as an effective indicator to evaluate the immune function of patients with lung cancer in clinical.
