摘  要:目的:了解采用追踪方法学在护理教学中的意义,探讨追踪式管理对提高临床护理教学质量的影响。方法:制定《护理实习生追踪式管理规定》,选取2013年3月~2014年1月在我院实习的13名护理实习生作为观察组,2012年3月~2013年1月在我院实习的15名护理实习生作为对照组,对两组实习护生的思想品德、理论知识和操作技能进行考核比较考核成绩。结果:采用追踪方法学管理的实习护生的思想品德、理论知识和操作技能评分均明显高于对照组。结论:采用追踪法管理实习护生充分调动了实习护生的学习积极性和主动性,明显提高了临床护理教学质量,此种管理方式特别适合于自制力较差的学生。Objective: To understand the tracking methodology significance in nursing teaching,to explore the effect of tracking management to improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching.Methods: Nursing interns formulated "follow-up management regulations",selected in 2013 March-2014 year in January in 13 nursing interns in our hospital internship as the observation group,select from 2012 March-2013 year in January in15 nursing interns in our hospital internship as a control group,after the end of internship of two groups of practice nursing students ideological and moral character,theory knowledge and skills assessment,comparison of performance appraisal. Results :The tracing management of nursing students ideological and moral character,knowledge and skills were significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion :The tracing management of nursing students to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of nursing students practice,improved the quality of clinical nursing teaching,this kind of management mode is especially suitable for poor self-control students.
