摘　　要：为了研究农户与龙头企业的非合作行为影响因素及其作用机制问题,基于江西省农户的调查数据,采用了结构方程模型的方法,利用SPSS18.0和AMOS17.0软件进行数据分析。研究表明,机会主义动机、契约不完全、信息不对称、市场价格波动、心理契约破裂和利益分配机制不合理等六个因素对农户非合作行为具有正向显著影响,其中契约不完全、信息不对称和市场价格波动是通过中介变量机会主义动机因素影响农户的非合作行为。This paper studies the problem of influential factors and their mechanism of non-cooperative behavior of farmers and leading enterprises. Using SPSS18. 0 and AMOS17.0 software to analyze data, which based on the survey data of farmers in Jiangxi province, with the method of structural equation model. The empirical results show that the six factors of opportunism motivation, incomplete contracts, information asymmetry, market price fluctuations, psychological contract breach and the unreasonable distribution of interests mechanism have a positive and significant influence on non-cooperation behavior. Among them, the factors of incomplete contracts, information asymmetry and market price fluctuations affect non-cooperative behavior of farmers through the intermediary variable of opportunism.
