摘 要:为了开发新的饲料资源,试验利用常规测定方法和体外产气量法研究了北京怀柔地区的栗树副产品栗叶、总苞和栗壳的化学成分及体外发酵特性。结果表明:13种副产品的化学成分均表现出显著性差异(P<0.05),其中以栗叶EE最高,总苞的CP含量最高,栗壳的纤维含量最高(NDF、ADF、ADL)(P<0.05),栗叶的Ash显著高于栗壳和总苞的含量(P<0.05);2体外发酵表明,总苞的72 h产气显著高于栗叶和栗壳(P<0.05),且发酵速率显著高于后者(P<0.05);3者的乙酸浓度无显著性差异(P>0.05),而丙酸浓度差异显著,其中以总苞最高,栗壳最低,其余各酸之间也表现出显著性差异(P<0.05);3栗壳的甲烷产量最高,总苞的最低,且差异显著(P<0.05)。综上所述,栗树副产品因其化学成分和较高的营养特性,具有一定的开发利用价值,有望作为反刍动物的饲料。The research has been conducted to study the chemical components and the fermentation characters of three kinds of chestnuts by-products: chestnut leaves(CL), chestnuts involucre(CI) and chestnut shell(CS). The results showed that all kinds of chemical components of CL, CI, CS had a sig- nificant difference(P〈0.05). The CI had the highest CP and the CL's EE was the highest. The fiber (NDF, ADF, ADL) of CS was the highest among the three by-products. The gas production had a sig- nificant difference(P〈0.05) and the CI was the most and CS was the least. The rate of fermented also had a significant difference(P〈0.05). The acetic acid had no difference but the propionic of CI was sig- nificantly higher than CL and CS(P〈0.05). The other volatile fatty acid(VFA) also had a significant dif- ference(P〈0.05). The CS produced the most methane and CI was the least and the difference was significant (P〈0.05). The conelusion was that the ehestnut by-products had a high nutritive value and was promising to developed and used as roughage, especially CI and CL.
