摘 要:文章旨在探讨发酵玉米秸秆替代不同比例生长育肥猪全价日粮,对生长育肥猪生产性能、胴体品质及经济效益的影响,为其在生长育肥猪饲粮中的合理应用提供依据。试验选用90头初始体重(61.4±5.27)kg的健康"杜×长×大"生长育肥猪,随机分成6组,每组15头;每组3个重复,每个重复5头猪,试验为期61 d。根据NRC(2012)猪营养标准配制对照日粮,试验日粮则在对照日粮的基础上,由发酵玉米秸秆按照5%、10%、15%、20%和30%的比例替代全价日粮。当试验结束猪平均体重达到110 kg时,每组随机选取6头进行屠宰。结果表明:日粮中添加20%和30%的发酵玉米秸秆显著降低了平均日增重和料肉比(P<0.05)。在屠宰率、背膘厚、眼肌面积、肉色、大理石花纹、嫩度等指标中,各个试验组与对照组均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。经过统计,不同比例发酵玉米秸秆替代全价日粮均能降低饲养成本,但综合日增重、料肉比和市场行情等因素考虑,日粮中添加10%发酵玉米秸秆可降低饲养成本高达12.45%,且对育肥猪的生产性能及肉品质无明显影响。因此,发酵玉米秸秆替代育肥猪10%的全价日粮较为合理。This study aimed to evaluate the effects of fermented corn stalk lreated with fermentation agent in the diets on suitable dosage and the economic benefit of the pig farming. 90 healthy and similar castrated lean pigs with similar weights [average weight (61.4±5.27) kg] were randomly divided into 6 groups, 1 control and 5 experimental groups, 15 pigs in each group, for a period of 61 days experiment.According to NRC (2012) swine nutrition standards formulated control diet, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 30% fermented corn stalks were supplemented to 5 groups respectively. The experiment was ended when the average body weight of pigs reached about 110 kg. Each group randomly selected 6 pigs and slaughtered. The results showed as follows: compared with the other four groups, the average daily gain and feed conversion in 20% and 30% groups were significantly reduced(P〈0.05); there was no significant difference in dressing percentage, thickness of backfat, meat color lightness value, marbling score and shear foree(P〉0.05); after statistics, adding different content of fermented corn stalks could reduce feeding costs, which added 10% of the fermented corn stalks could reduce feeding costs by up to 12.45%. The resuhs indicate corn stalks make different effects on growth performance,carcass traits and meat quality of pigs, and the effect of 10% fermented corn stalks on economic benefit is the best.
