Ki-67、P53和CyclinD1在小肠间质瘤中的作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨Ki-67、P53及细胞周期素1(CyclinD1)在小肠间质瘤(small intestinal stromal tumors,SIST)中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测30例SIST标本中Ki-67、P53和CyclinD1的表达情况,并与10例正常小肠组织进行对照。结果 1)Ki-67、P53和CyclinD1在正常组织中均未表达,而在SIST的表达随肿瘤恶性程度的升高而升高,高危组与低危组比较、中危组与低危组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而高危组与中危组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ki-67、P53和CyclinD1蛋白表达在性别、年龄方面差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。2)Ki-67、P53和CyclinD1在SIST的表达以中等强度为主。结论 Ki-67、P53和CyclinD1在SIST的恶性程度判断、发生发展及诊断、预后中有一定指导意义。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Ki-67,p53 and cyclinD1in small intestinal stromal tumors（SIST）.Methods The expression of Ki-67,p53 and cyclinD1was detected by immunohistochemistry in 30 SIST specimens and 10 normal small intestinal tissues.Results There was no expression of Ki-67,p53 and cyclinD1in normal small intestinal tissues.However,the expression of Ki-67,p53 and cyclinD1was positively related to the degree of malignancy in SIST.The difference in the expression of Ki-67,p53 and cyclinD1was significant between high risk group and low risk group,as well as between moderate risk group and low risk group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference between high risk group and moderate risk group（P〉0.05）.The expression of Ki-67,p53 and cyclinD1was not correlated with the age and gender（P〉0.05）.In addition,Ki-67,p53 and cyclinD1were moderately expressed in SIST.Conclusion The Ki-67,p53 and cyclinD1may play important roles in the malignant degree judgment,progress,prognosis and diagnosis of SIST.
