血清AFU、LAP及GGT联合检测在早期原发性肝癌患者诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、亮氨酸氨基肽酶(LAP)、r-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)联合检测在早期原发性肝癌患者中的诊断价值。方法对85例肝病患者(肝硬化组45例、早期原发性肝癌组40例)及40例健康体检者(健康对照组)的血清AFU、LAP及GGT含量进行检测。结果早期原发性肝癌组、肝硬化组血清AFU、GGT的含量均高于健康对照组(均P<0.05)。早期原发性肝癌组的LAP含量明显高于健康对照组,血清AFU、LAP、GGT单项检测及AFU+LAP+GGT联合检测阳性率均明显高于肝硬化组及健康体检组(均P<0.05),其中AFU+LAP+GGT联合检测阳性率最高(92%)。肝硬化组与健康对照组LAP含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 AFU+LAP+GGT联合检测有利于原发性肝癌的早期诊断。Objective To investigate clinical value of combined detection of serum alpha-L-fucose glucosidase（AFU）,leucine aminopeptidase（LAP）and r-glutamine transpeptidase（GGT）in the diagnosis of early-stage primary liver cancer.Methods Serum levels of AFU,LAP and GGT were detected in 45 patients with cirrhosis,40 patients with early-stage primary liver cancer and40 healthy controls.Results Serum levels of AFU and GGT in early-stage primary liver cancer group or cirrhosis group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group（P〈0.05）.Serum levels of LAP in early-stage primary liver cancer group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group（P〈0.05）.No significant difference in LAP levels was found between early-stage primary liver cancer group and cirrhosis group（P〉0.05）.The positive rates of the detection of GGT,LAP and AFU alone or their combination in early-stage primary liver cancer group were significantly higher than those in cirrhosis group or healthy control group（P〈0.05）,in which that of their combination in early-stage primary liver cancer group was highest（92%）.Conclusion The combined detection of GGT,LAP and AFU is conducive to the early diagnosis of primary liver cancer.
