闽台高校联合办学的人才培养模式创新研究

摘　　要：闽台高校联合培养人才,至今已经取得了一定的效果,但还存在两岸学历和学分不能互认、两岸联合办学制度、政策缺失、联合办学模式固定、合作层次低、双方办学理念存在差异、实际操作对接不畅等问题。为推进联合培养人才的进一步发展,闽台高校应该加快推进两岸学历、学分的互认进程,制定与建立相关的政策条例与保障体系,创新两岸联合办学制度和办学模式,缩小办学理念差异。Fujian-Taiwan jointly-run university education runs smoothly until now, but is faced with some problems： qualification and credits are not accepted mutually, systems and policies regarding jointly-run university education are still to be established and issued, the models lacks vigor, the joint is run at a low level, the notion of education differs and the practical running shall be improved, etc. In order to further develop Fujian-Taiwan jointly-run university education, qualification and credit across the strait shall be accepted; the related policies shall be issued, safeguarding system set up, the related polices and models innovated and the differences concerning education notion overcome.
