摘  要:项目教学法是通过实施一个完整的项目而进行的教学活动,是在一定的时间和一定的预算内达到某一预期目的的教学过程。它是一种新型的教学实践模式。以粮食工程专业本科必修课程《粮油品质检验》为例,结合学生顶岗实践中所必备的岗位技能要求,针对项目教学法中项目的选择、实施、评价、考核以及实施项目教学法所应具备的条件、场地等问题进行了探讨和论述。旨在树立"以学生自主学习为中心、教师教学为辅助"的项目教学法的教学理念,强调人才培养过程中"学术性"与"职业性"的结合,强化学生的工程应用意识,在工科本科教学过程中寻求一种培养应用型、创新型人才的新途径。Project Teaching Method is a teaching activity accomplished by conducting a systematic project. The teaching process is conducted at a certain time and within a certain budget to achieve the intended purpose of a complete project. It is a new and creative mode of teaching practice. The present paper takes Grain and Oil Quality Test, a compulsory course for graining engineering majors, as an example, and takes the required skills in shifting works into consideration. The paper discusses the selection, application, evaluation and examination of the projects, as well as the conditions and sites to carry out the project teaching method. The project teaching method emphasizes "student-centered self-learning" with teacher's support, and integrates academic features with professional features. It cultivates the student's sense of engineering application, and expands a new way to cultivate practical and creative talents in mechanical undergraduate studies.
