摘　　要：随着多媒体通信技术的发展,VOIP通信得到了越来越广泛的应用和支持。文章将基于Android智能电视,利用开源PJSIP协议栈,设计具有语音、视频通话功能的SIP电视终端,实现Android电视与Android移动设备的VOIP通信。文章重点阐述了设计思路和系统组成,并为开放的电视平台提供AES加密保护,维护用户隐私。最后通过测试,该方案能够很好的完成会话的发起、应答、通信等基本功能并为用户设计了更好的用户体验,基本满足设计要求。VOIP communication has been more and more widely application and support with the development of mukimedia communication technology.This paper bases on Android TV, uses open source PJSIP protocol stack, designs the SIP of TV terminal with voice and video call feature and implements the VOIP communication of Android TV and Android mobile device. This paper elaborates system framework and the thinking of design. The system provides AES encryption to protect open TV platform and preserves the privacy of users. The system can not only request and answer session but also with a better user experience, it meets the design requirements through the test.
