摘　　要：高职院校近年来大力推行顶岗实习,对技能型人才培养起着重要的推动作用,如何管控顶岗实习的风险,已经成为很重要的问题,文章首先提出高职院校学生顶岗实习风险管理存在的问题,其次分析出现问题的原因所在,最后通过从组织架构和风险管控机制两方面提出系统的解决方案。In recent years, post practice is pushed forward in higher vocational colleges and plays an important role in skilled personnel training. How to control the risk has become a very important problem. This paper puts forward the problems existing in the post practice in higher vocational colleges students risk management, then analyzes the cause of the problems, finally, gives the solution of the system from two aspects： organizational structure and risk control mechanism.
