摘　　要：供应链管理主要包括供应、采购、制造、销售、客户这五个基本节点,供应链概念在诞生后的短短几十年间得到了普遍的认同和运用,制造业管理中最为典型教育可以分为学生入学、培训、毕业、就业这几个环节,类比来看,大专教育的培训链类似于企业的生产链。文章通过对供应链管理在大专学生就业中的运用进行分析,希望能为改善大专学生的就业情况建言献策。Supply chain management mainly includes five basic nodes of supply, procurement, manufacturing, sales and customer. The concept of supply chain has been widely accepted and used in a few decades after its birth, especially in the manufacturing management. The college education can be divided into such links as enrollment, training, graduation and employment, which is similar to the production chain of the enterprise. This paper analyzes the use of supply chain management in college students＇ employment, hoping to improve the college students＇ employment situation.
