小儿恶性实体肿瘤介入治疗的围手术期系统护理

摘　　要：目的总结小儿恶性肿瘤介入治疗的围手术期护理经验。方法对行介入治疗的115例恶性实体瘤患儿按入院治疗先后顺序随机分为观察组58例与对照组57例,在临床治疗的同时,对照组进行肿瘤患儿常规护理,观察组患儿实施系统护理,比较两组患儿住院时间与并发症的差异。结果观察组发生并发症2例,对照组发生并发症17例,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间(4.6±0.39)天,对照组(6.5±0.64)天,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童具有独特的心理和生理特点,充分的术前准备,全面的术中、术后护理,以及耐心细致地心理护理是保证手术成功、减少并发症、促进患儿早日康复的重要条件。Objective To summarize the peri-operative systemic nursing of treatment of malignant solid tumor with intervention therapy in children. Methods Before the operation, psychological nursing should be offered, the various examinations and preparations should be made to make the child more ready to cooperate. Observation vital signs and protection the thyroid gland and reproductive organs must be carefully during the operation. After the operation, the patient,s condition should be closely watched, and besides the nursing care such as oxygen treatment, emotional care, emphasis should be laid on nursing for possible complications. Results All the 58 patients went well with intervention therapy without any severe complications and discharged in one week or so. Conclusion The psychological and physiological activity is differently between the child and the adult. Sufficient preparations, Strengthening primary care and health education especially psychological health education are important for the patient＇s recovery.
