摘  要:以激励理论中的"ERG理论"为依据探讨了现行高校教师职务聘任制度中存在的问题,并结合"ERG理论"主要观点分析教师聘任制度的改进方法,提出了落实物质激励,健全教师薪酬分配制度;注重精神激励,完善教师考核评价体系;引入团队激励,营造公平的教师聘任环境;加强发展激励,健全教师培养进修制度等几个具有实践意义的可行对策。This paper analyzes the existing problems of the teachers' post appointment system reform in colleges and universities based on “ERG Theory”,and puts forth the following measures accordingly: Carrying out the material incentive and perfecting the salary payment distribution system; Paying Attention to the spiritual incentive and improving the teachers’performance evaluation system; Introducing the team incentive and building the level playing field as well as enhancing the motivation in development and perfecting the teacher training system.
